Book Review: Roar Like A Lion

Welcome to another blog post at Createyou86.  It has been a little bit, and I am so excited to be back with this review of Roar Like a Lion.  This is a Ninety Day Devotional with amazing art, fascinating stories, facts, Bible verses, prayers, and simple action steps.  This devotional can help your child approach both fun moments, and tough times with their hearts set on God's faithfulness.
Not only is the art beautiful in this book, but Roar Like a Lion covers highly relevant topics such as:

1. Facing fears about school and friendships.
2. Dealing with peer pressure and bullying.
3. Handling new challenges, disappointments, and grief.
4. Having courage to try something new.
5. Understanding how we each fit into God's great story.

I love the "Did You Know?", and "Get Ready To Roar!" sections of this book.  They give small stories or tidbits of information that you may not already know from the Bible or just life in general.  Check out pg. 63 for a fact about Play-Doh that you probably didn't know!  I honestly think that this book has so many great things to offer school age children, and young teens.  Check out the images below for a sneak peek.  I would highly recommend Roar Like A Lion.  This book will be such a great addition to your child's library.
