When i was in college, and stressing out about anything i would break out some colored pencils or crayons, a dollar store coloring book, and pretty much immediately relieve any stress i might have been feeling. You don't need to be perfect, and in the lines. Coloring is something that should relax you, and let you be creative. No one ever has to know that you have a coloring book, but it was definitely a godsent to me when i was stressed out in college, and just needed to unwind, or even after a stressful day at work.
